We ship all others through UPS.

priority Mail:  1-3 Business day transit time.

Processing Time 

Our processing time is 1-7 Business day. Once your order has shipped,you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking details.

Customs and Import Taxes 

Buyer are responsible for any custome or import taxes that may apply to their order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Issues

If you have provided and incorrect shipping address, please contact us at Kayleemariesoaps.com immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once it has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, please reach out to us. We can either issue a refund or reship the order at your cost.

If the shipping address provided is invalid, we will contact you for an updated address. If we don't receive a response within 48 hours, your order will be canceled.
